About

Our Story

Towa was born on the tatami — and on climbing holds. Frustrated by buddy tapes that peel off, wear out, and end up in the trash after a session, we decided to design something better.

Two practitioners, one concrete problem

We are two co-founders passionate about grip sports: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, climbing, rugby. Like many practitioners, we experienced finger injuries, straps that failed during exertion, and the lack of a truly suitable solution on the market.

Towa is our answer: a modular 3D-printed protection system, designed for all sports involving fingers and hands.

Our philosophy

  • Modular — each ring and bridge can be assembled freely according to your needs
  • Reusable — washable, durable, designed to last for years
  • Precise — manufactured by 3D printing with millimeter tolerances
  • European — produced in France, European materials
