1. What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

3. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return a product in its original condition. Contact us at contact@towagear.com to initiate a return.

4. How does the refund process work?

Once your return is validated, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

5. Are Towa products good quality?

Absolutely. Every piece is produced in France with premium flexible materials and controlled millimeter tolerances. If a product does not meet your expectations, our satisfaction guarantee applies.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

7. How do I choose the right size?

Measure the circumference of the finger joint you want to protect. S fits 14-15mm, M fits 16-17mm, L fits 18-20mm. When in doubt, go up a size.
