GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all product sales made by [COMPANY NAME], a company registered under SIRET number [SIRET], with its registered office at [ADDRESS], hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", on its online store accessible at ReGrip.

Any order placed on the site implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the buyer, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". These conditions shall prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document of the Customer.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible precision. The photographs, texts and graphics on the site are non-contractual and may be subject to modifications without prior notice.

In the event of unavailability of a product after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel their order and obtain a refund of the amounts paid within 14 days.

Article 3 - Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the chosen delivery method and destination. They are clearly indicated before the final validation of the order.

Article 4 - Order

The Customer places an order by following the online ordering process. They declare having read these GTC and accepting them without reservation.

The sale will only be considered final after payment confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a dispute relating to payment or in case of erroneous information.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer after payment validation.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made in cash at the time of order by the payment methods accepted on the site. Payment data is secured and encrypted.

In case of default of payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. The Seller reserves the right to suspend any delivery in case of delay or incident of payment.

Article 6 - Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are 10 to 30 working days depending on stock availability, starting from payment confirmation.

Delivery is deemed to be made upon handover of the package to the carrier. The risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the Customer upon this handover.

In case of delivery delay exceeding 7 days compared to the announced deadline, the Customer may cancel their order and obtain a refund of the amounts paid.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

This period runs from the receipt of the product. The Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to [CONTACT EMAIL] or by registered mail.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all its accessories and the invoice.

Article 8 - Returns

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer has an additional 14 days to return the product. Return costs are at the Customer's expense, except in case of a defective product or delivery error.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the recovery of the product by the Seller, after deduction of initial delivery costs.

Personalized, perishable or unsealed products cannot be subject to withdrawal for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Article 9 - Legal guarantees

The Seller guarantees the conformity of the products sold according to articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code. The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years from the delivery of the goods. The guarantee against hidden defects applies for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted. The Customer can choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided by law.

Article 10 - Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the products sold. The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damages.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract due to the occurrence of a force majeure event usually recognized by French case law.

The Customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the products to their needs before placing any order.

Article 11 - Personal data

The personal data collected during the order are subject to computer processing intended for the management of orders and customer relations, in accordance with the GDPR.

The Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data. They can exercise these rights by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL].

Data is kept for the period necessary for the execution of legal and contractual obligations. It is not transmitted to third parties without consent, except for legal obligation.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

The Customer undertakes to use the site and products in compliance with current legislation and the rights of third parties.

Article 13 - Mediation and disputes

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts according to the rules of common law.

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of contradiction between the linguistic versions, the French version prevails.

Article 14 - General provisions

These GTC constitute the entirety of the parties' obligations. If a clause were declared void, the other clauses would remain applicable.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
