Finally a finger strap that doesn't fall apart mid-roll. I've been using Towa for 3 months straight — no tape waste, no hassle. Just put them on and train.

What’s in the box
// What’s in the set
In your box: 4 straps, one per finger
Your size (S, M or L) is chosen by measuring your index finger. Within the set, each strap is then sized for its own finger.
- Index The largest
- Middle Same as the index
- Ring One step smaller
- Pinky The smallest
No strap for the thumb.
How it works
Each Towa strap is a single piece: two rings joined by a bridge. Slide it onto a finger with one ring on each side of the joint: the bridge keeps the joint supported while you grip. Nothing to assemble or clip, it goes on in seconds. Heat-mold it once for a custom fit.
Why Towa instead of tape?
- Reusable: one set lasts hundreds of sessions, instead of a roll of tape that ends up in the bin.
- Fast: on and off in seconds, no scissors needed.
- Practical: no glue, no sticky residue, washable and easy to carry in your bag.
- Affordable: a single purchase replaces the rolls of tape you keep buying every month.
Size and care
Available in sizes S to L — see the size guide and the fitting guide. Wash with soap and water after training and let dry.
Try your straps on cold before heat-molding them: molding can stretch a strap but not make it smaller, and molded straps can't be returned or exchanged.
Need both hands? Go for the 2-hands set.

Did you check your size?
For a perfect hold, use our interactive size guide: it measures your finger with your phone in about a minute. A strap that is too big slips during training. Heat-molding can stretch a strap, but never make it smaller.
