Processing time

All Towa products are made to order in Europe. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery times

• France: 2 to 4 business days
• Europe: 4 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 14 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at contact@towagear.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
