   Identify your straps

   Which strap goes on which finger?

   Your set has 4 straps per hand in 3 fits, all sized for the size you chose (S, M or L). Each strap has its own finger.

   • Index The largest
   • Middle Same as the index
   • Ring One step smaller
   • Pinky The smallest

   No strap for the thumb. Two-hand set: the same line-up for each hand.

   Before the cold fit test, line up your straps from largest to smallest: the two largest go on the index and middle fingers, the next one down on the ring finger, the smallest on the pinky. A strap that feels tight may simply be on the wrong finger.

   Try them on cold

   ⚠ Before molding: check the size on cold

   Slide each strap onto your finger before heating it. It should feel snug, even slightly tight.

   Too loose? Do not mold it. Heat-molding can stretch a strap but never make it smaller, and a molded strap can no longer be returned or exchanged. Request an exchange from your customer account (profile icon at the top of the site) and we'll send you the right size.

   Heat-mold them

   Your Towa straps are heat-molded to fit your fingers perfectly. It takes about 5 minutes: do it right before you head to training.

   What you need

   • A saucepan or kettle
   • A fork
   • A timer
   • Your Towa straps

   Step by step

   1. Bring water to a boil, then turn off the heat or pour it into a bowl.
   2. Dip the strap for 45 seconds. Tap it with the fork so it stays submerged, without pinning it to the bottom.
   3. Lift it out with the fork, slide it onto your finger and gently press all around for 45 seconds so it hugs its shape.
   4. Repeat for each strap. Still a bit tight? Just mold it again. A strap that is too loose won't shrink, though.

   Safety: very hot water. Always handle the straps with a fork, never put your fingers in the water. Children only with an adult.
