Size Guide
Find Your Perfect Fit
Towa finger straps are available in three sizes to fit every athlete. Finding the right size ensures optimal protection and comfort during training.
How to measure
Use a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper to measure the circumference of the joint you want to protect — typically the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint, located in the middle of your finger.
- Wrap the tape around the widest part of the joint
- Note the measurement in millimeters
- Match to the size chart below
Size chart
| Size | Circumference | Internal diameter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| S — Small | 44 – 47 mm | 14 – 15 mm | Pinky finger, small hands |
| M — Medium | 50 – 53 mm | 16 – 17 mm | Index, middle, ring finger — average hands |
| L — Large | 56 – 63 mm | 18 – 20 mm | Index, middle finger — large hands |
Not sure?
When between two sizes, size up. Our material has a slight natural flex that allows the strap to conform to your finger without restricting circulation.
Which finger to protect?
- BJJ & Grappling → ring finger and middle finger are most at risk (A2 pulley)
- Climbing → middle and ring finger for crimping injuries
- Rugby → index and middle finger for hyperextension protection
