At Towa, every product is made to order in Europe. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

France: 2 to 4 business days
Europe: 4 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at contact@towagear.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
